EBF - Digital Transformation in Retail Banking 2019

Thank you to all our attendees at the European Banking Forum: Digital Transformation in Retail Banking for making the 2018 meeting such a success! Arena International is delighted to announce EBF: Digital Transformation in Retail Baking will be returning to London in 2019 for another superb year.

We have welcomed more than 200 retail banks from across the Europe for 2 days of engaging presentations from the biggest names in the sector.

The 2018 programme looked deep into the latest industry trends and the most important topics surrounding digital transformation for the European retail banks responding to the changing regulations. The event focused on use-cases and experience-based insights to provide attendees with useful and practical knowledge. This included examples of structural changes which have increased agility and customer-facing solutions which have dramatically improved the customer journey and many more!
