Arena International would like to thank all those who were involved with the 4th edition of the Customer Experience in Financial Services Summit and Awards. The event was another great success and we will return next year on the 3rd of July in Singapore.
Following last year’s event, the 2018 edition has continued to support the financial services industry in defining a sustainable strategy for improving the customer experience. The one day programme showcased two panel discussions, many different case studies and many insightful presentation on how technology and digitalisation will transform the customer experience.
The 2019 programme will come back with new case studies and interactive sessions to keep helping the industry embrace innovation to achieve higher customer experience, while the subsequent Awards will celebrate once again the true success stories for excellent customer engagement.
