Having gathered 500 participants in the previous year, the conference is going to extend its boundaries and become the largest in the CIS countries.   

The conference will be divided into three sections:
- for newcomers: those who have heard about Bitcoin, blockchain and smart contracts but don’t completely understand what they mean. Specialists will explain the core of the main terms using examples and tell why blockchain will change the world;  
- for experts: IT specialists, entrepreneurs and investors. Speakers will present fintech, govtech and civiltech services based on blockchain and discuss key issues, such as investments, legislation, exchange tools, smart contracts. Separate reports will be dedicated to initiatives at the governmental level – establishment of rosters and auctions;     
- blockchain services and smart devices will be designed for developers. Master classes presenters will answer questions about the code.
