The Asian Banking Forum: East Asia launched in Hong Kong in September 2016 and bought together senior level executives from banks across the region including HSBC, The Bank of China Hong Kong, CitiBank, Bank of East Asia and Evergrowing Bank.

The 2016 case-study focused, event provided a unique platform for a dynamic two days of 1:1 meetings and in-depth presentations on the latest market trends in customer engagement and digital disruption.

With key themes including how to change internal mindsets to facilitate customer engagement and exploration into how collaboration with digital disruptors could be the route to success.

Following on from this success, Arena International is pleased to announce that the event will be returning to Hong Kong once again in September 2017.
