Online customer support wasn’t available for 24 hours and I think that isn’t good enough for their business growth. It needs to make clients who are travelling through this tool an interactive arrangement process. However, its mobile application is not user friendly and its implementation is one is it’s major setbacks. Customer support service is very bad ad needs improvement.

I think its value proposition is in its scalability of reports related to business travel expenses. It allows for integration with multiple accounting packages. The Concur has the ability to store as well as organize unlimited numbers of documents. I also like that it gives accurate notifications in case a user made errors .
