What was the best part about using Concur Expense?

There is no BEST part. They have the worst website I have ever encountered in 30 years. Deliberately difficult to negotiate, no contact details to complain, and they say they have processed refunds and delete your claim, when you still don't have the money. In my opinion they are one of the worst "service" providers I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. And I'm happy to provide my details if anyone cared enough to reply, but going by their stupid automated emails, I doubt this would happen.

What would you change about your experience with Concur Expense?

I didn't have a choice, I had to deal with them because Griffith University use them. I would consider NOT going to Griffith University based on the depth of my anger and frustration at having to deal with this ridiculous useless Concur crap.

Overall Feedback

Avoid at all costs. Need to sack their IT design provider as their website is one of the worst I've ever tried to negotiate.
