What was the best part about using Concur Expense?

That when I finally finish an expense report (~90 minutes each), I can go have a glass of bourbon to help relieve the stress.

What would you change about your experience with Concur Expense?

Opening the program and knowing of the nightmare that lies ahead. Someone has to create a better program. Why would ANY company use Concur?

Overall Feedback

Concur is the most irrational, cumbersome, slow and non-user-friendly program I have EVER used. It really is that bad. I work in IT so I'm familiar with software and it takes me about 90 minutes to do one expense report. What a waster of our company's time this is.
