I can access the software so easy by using any gadgets anytime and anywhere. Since I was familiar to use web-based ordering system I find it easy to use.

Since I was already familiar with using the web based application I find it easy but if you’re not good in using the web-based application it is very complex at first. The interface requires being accustomed to locally, intuitive installed application. In using the system there were no major issues that I can consider did give me headaches. I reported minor issues and their support team did quickly response to it.

The concept of the software is really amazing that makes it easier to use , although you need some basic concept of a web based application as long as you are willing to learn it is fun and easy. It gives me a very efficient process of my given workloads and providing my customers a quality service.
