What was the best part about using Community?

Significantly better than the competitor software we had been using - better system, better support services, better integration. Community software is very easy to use. Didn't need anywhere near as much training as management had expected. All in all we are very happy with our choice to move to Open Office.

What would you change about your experience with Community?

There has been more information made available to us now, but at first not all of the benefits were so clear. As a result too much time was spent internally deciding if it was worth changing from our existing system. In the end we were very satisfied with our decision.

Overall Feedback

Perfect system for local government. Community has proven to be easy to use and perfect for our organisation's requirements. Better integration and customer support than what we had previously, and minimal training was needed to move to this system. One of the biggest advantages so far has definitely been the ability to access the system when out of the office on site visits or travelling.
