What was the best part about using Comm100 Live Chat?

We tested almost 10 software before selecting comm100. Ease of use, and great feature sets are big reasons why we finally chose Comm100. We love their chat routing, allowing us to send visitors to the franchise responsible for the region. Their reporting is very complete and friendly to use, and they continually upgrade their live chat to give us more features.

What would you change about your experience with Comm100 Live Chat?

Well, I would say their software satisfies our team very well. The only thing would be that my agents have only 1 available theme. Would love if they could provide more themes for my chat agents.

Overall, we have had an excellent experience with their software. Their support is also great, very responsive and patient. I would say thank you to Comm100 for providing awesome features, and incredibly easy to navigate tool. It helps us a lot in engaging with our customers and is a great asset to our website.
