What was the best part about using Comcast VOIP?

We used to use them and it worked well at first. I like the flexibility that you have with a VOIP service this is just the wrong one

What would you change about your experience with Comcast VOIP?

We were always dropping calls which is very bad for both of my businesses (repair and development). Our customers and sales team grew tired of it quickly.

Overall Feedback

Use somebody else with better support and a service that isn't as shaky. There are plenty of good VOIP options now
