Cloud9 Analytics

Using Cloud9 Analytics, I was able to access an amount of pre built generic reports which will then start to increase using all of my relevant data in Salesforce. It gives me important information such as percentage of quota achieved, commit and best scenario, trending, pipe funnel etc. And all this in one place.

Actually, I haven’t encountered any issues with Cloud9 Analytics at all. It is very helpful for us especially to me as a Sales user who just recently joined SFDC. This is a very nice tool and is definitely one of the best out in the market. It is easy to use and mostly, the reporting is always slick.

In general, Cloud9 Analytics help us proactively address risks such as in pipeline and forecasts. It uses ERP data and it gives direct access to the management of pipeline. And we are able to submit, edit forecasting and review without having to use spreadsheets. This is an excellent tool which complements with Salesforce.
