Keeping a theater organization in the black requires knowing what happens to every dollar. Budgets are tight all around. With our complex needs, this was nearly impossible until we invested in ClockVIEW. We have union and non-union workers, full and part-timers, grant-funded artists - all on the go. Plus we need to issue travel reimbursements and per diem expenses. An easy to use mobile app was a critical requirement. We also have demanding scheduling requirements that most other software applications could not handle. After all, the show must go on. Acumen was able to integrate their scheduling software and customize a couple of rules for our system to enable us to meet payroll compliance requirements that save us hours, errors and dollars. We have already automated the majority of our time and attendance processes and look to be fully automated by the summer!
