ClearDent offers a number of resources to properly educate new clients on exactly what they will receive when they sign up for ClearDent. This can include in-person demonstrations, hands-on use of our test software, videos and instructions. That being said, we do have a cancellation policy, refund policy and a warranty for every new client. Fortunately, because we far prefer to do the work ahead of time, these things have very rarely been used... in some cases, they've never been used!
