ClearCompany is one of the most easily comprehendible HRMS assistants. It’s very easy to set up and learn to use, the interface is intuitive and user-friendly, but at the same time it has all the tools you need and even more – like self service portal, custom review forms and rating scales, 360-degrees feedback and much much more. I am truly mesmerized by its capabilities and even more, it’s great customer support!

Though ClearCompany is thoroughly amazing tool and it’s hard to pinpoint any flaws, I’d say one of the things I miss is that it’s not mobile friendly. In today’s work environment and our agency’s constant on-the-go routine, mobility is an essential feature to have. Also, there’s no appraisal history tracking but that’s not much of an issue in the long run.

ClearCompany is not only very easy to understand and suits every user, no matter the level of experience, it’s also feature packed and has all the functions you could possibly need. We’ve found it to be tremendous help easily more than once! It will help both small, mid-sized and big companies – no doubt about it!
