This was one of the classroom management systems I researched on behalf of my teacher friend to help out. I especially like that is free for teachers to use. It definitely helps facilitate positive study habits and behavior. And it's great to have the ability for parents and teachers to communicate and help hold students accountable as well. It's a very mobile software which can be used on laptops or computers, tablets and smartphones. You could also use it with projectors or interactive whiteboards, I believe. There are good resources available in your account to help learn how to get the most out of the system. You can print awards to put on display should you choose. It's available for kindergarten through Grade 12 and there is Other as an option. You can choose from preset positive or negative values which can be assigned to one or more students at a time. And you can add your own as well including the weight of each behavior. You can invite teachers via printed invitation, text message or email. Teachers can track points for each class, individual students and create reports for each. As well as view class metrics and attendance reports. The company ensure there is a strong commitment to safety and privacy which is important and they are transparent about how they go about this.

I think students should be able to choose their avatar which makes it more personalized and fun. I would also think it would be incredible to have learning management features integrated into the classroom behavior management system, or a single sign on portal integrated, so to not have to login to multiple systems online.

This is a completely free way to track and monitor classroom behavior but more importantly facilitate positive behavior. It's super easy to learn and intuitive for teachers, parents and students to use. Perhaps it seems a bit more inclined to younger students but that's just my opinion. I believe students at a certain age would enjoy using the software more if they could upload their avatars. Something as simple as this would create more engagement who would want to see their choice of symbol to personify their actions do well versus their fellow students. There were studies done which proved that is effective at helping foster better, more productive student behavior so that's great. Any tool with this much value for students is all good in my books and I will be recommending this option to my teacher friend quite highly.
