Class Registrar

I really felt like Both Worlds understood what an instructor was looking for in a classroom management software. Features work as one would expect them to and the software itself saves hours of work in having to manage information the old fashion way.

I will admit that the costs seemed a bit steep from the start, but the software has worked our well enough that it was definitely worth the investment.

We started using ClassRegistrar around 2011 when we started our training courses to help high school students in our area prepare themselves for the real world. Our courses were designed to teach them skills that they would find applicable in the outside world, but are not taught necessarily in schools. The software enabled us to keep track of our students, plan out our courses, and distribute learning materials quite easily. We were able to ensure that all of our students' tuition were being paid for and this saved us quite a bit of time on a daily basis in addition to the aggregate work at the end of each semester. We really wanted to ensure that we were not only able to save ourselves time, but also save time for students. It is hard getting students to commit to something when the program itself is a headache; ClassRegistrar made paperwork and classes easy to use. I would highly recommend this to any training organization that wants to save time and spend more time on delivering a positive experience for students.
