CiviCRM

CiviCRM is a web-based, open source, Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) software. Basically it is designed for non-profit organizations. I am using this from months and i think it is the best software to build campaign, events registration, contact creation and management with multiple form for fundraising and memberships, contribution etc.

I got some little problem when using the scheduled mailings feature. Once the mailing didn't go out at all. The product is open source is lacking some of the features that other CRMs have. That said there is a large library of extensions and material on the Internet to help you make CiviCRM do everything you want it to.

CiviCRM is the ability to create a new custom events template that meet the requirement of the organization. I will recommend CiviCRM to my friends who are working for non-profit organization because it is the best Constituent Relationship Management system. Well It supports and ready to integrate with either Joomla or Drupal CMS systems. It is fairly simple and straightforward to use.
