Cisco Unified Communications

We've all heard about Cisco - at least I have. With their Unified Communications platform, you get quite a powerful piece of software that is pretty good for manipulating with online calls. I saw what they have in offer, and I can say that their services are absolutely satisfactory, without complaining about much. Except for some minor lagging issues, I have to admit - nothing terrible happened while I used their platform!

Other than the fact that the user interface is not as intuitive as you would expect it to be, I still think Cisco Unified Communications is good for the VoIP software department, as far as all other services go - their help desk software was (and I hope it still is) useful. But overall, I think you can find quite the number of better alternatives to these guys. At least I love Cisco and I definitely know how reliable they are!

Top recommendations for everyone, because of the compatibility you get with Cisco. If there's anything worth mentioning about this amazing platform, it's just that - the compatibility. They don't wow their customers by offering a lot, but once you look at the full picture, you understand that Cisco Unified Communications is all about giving you exactly what you need for VoIP calls!
