Cimpl FAQ

Cimpl is a cloud-based multi-tenant SaaS software for technology Expense Management. We’ve designed our newest product from the ground up in order to easily roll out all new requirements to our customers. Most of the requests we used to receive in our legacy platform Telemanager are now easily configurable in Cimpl, such as reports, additional fields, language switch or adding the tracking of new technologies. Our customers love using Cimpl and always ask for more features, we consider all of them and submit them through our evaluation process to be included on our product roadmap. It is also possible that specific requests need more immediate attention for some of our customers. Cimpl has also been designed to handle customized code. Most customizations gravitate around integrations such as HR imports and AP creation. We evaluate all business needs and determine the best course of actions. We have many features currently in development, and at times, the requested feature is already on the roadmap or there are alternatives available. The backend infrastructure is configured to provide optimal response time and is built on a base code. Access is available through any web browser without the need to download and/or install any plugins. The multi-tenant cloud-based subscription to Cimpl offers multiple benefits in comparison to a single instance SaaS model: (1) Lower cost of ownership with access to automatic and frequent updates. New releases and updates are included in the subscription and customers are informed regularly of upcoming changes. (2) Customers no longer have to think about adding servers or computing capacity to support the solution. Cimpl is responsible to grow its data center to support our growing customer base. (3) Customers now receive more effective training and user support throughout the software because the platform has been built around providing configurable modules instead of customizations for each customer instances. (4) Specific requests for integrations are no longer single instances, as they become available they will be rolled out to our entire customer base.
