We are extremely cautious about the number of clients we will take on at the same time, as we make sure our principals are directly involved with each of our clients. We also make sure to staff each client with teams that are best suited for their industries. We work with clients on a retainer, project and hourly basis, with some clients consistently working with us on an ongoing basis, others working with us intermittently, and others only calling on us sporadically when they need assistance. If we don't feel we can offer adequate attention to a client, we will refer them to an associate who can properly take care of them. Our goal is to provide the best service and outcome possible.
