Thanks for taking the time to consider Chronicle in your search for a business management software.
Without going into exhaustive detail, one thing I can tell you is that companies that feel that it is important to include communications as a part of their job files (email, text, fax, notes, etc.) find Chronicle especially helpful.
Chronicle allows you to plug in your company email address into the software which allows you to send/receive email from your company domain which opens the door to having a comprehensive view of the communications that are happening between employees, and customers, per job. Every email, becomes a permanent part of the job file and can be accessed easily at a later time.
There are many overlapping features with other job management software in this space, but personally speaking, I would say the ease of making communications a part of the job file is one of the main areas that Chronicle stands out.
