What was the best part about using Chrome River Expense?

Just looks "Pretty". As an end user, since I have been using this program in our company, I haven't found anything with Chrome River which made me think what a great program.

What would you change about your experience with Chrome River Expense?

I would change everything. Not user friendly, at all. It takes the Chrome River support help weeks to respond to your request. The features that Chrome River offers is too restricted and they are not tailored with our needs in the company. The final report is too long and keeps repeating the same information in different line entries. Overall, the previous simple program which our company used was much more user friendly and easy to process and use. The program runs on snail mail. From the time I approve a report, until it's finalized onto our finance software, it take a min of 24 hours. It would be faster to manually do the work.

Overall Feedback

Overall feedback, I absolutely dislike using Chrome River. I would much prefer going back to the old program which was developed in-house.
