We offer a patient kiosk that allows you to capture a TON of information. This works for new patients and repeat visits. It includes all demographics such as address, etc... and then of course things like smoking status, emergency contact, medications, allergies, problems, review of systems and much more. You can even upload your paperwork (in text) for your patients to digitally acknowledge. On top of that create your own intake questions (super easy to do this) which go directly into the SOAP note. You will save SO much time with our Patient Kiosk! :)
Now... we are very close to completing the feature that will allow you to send a secure link to your patient's email such that they can fill the kiosk out from home. Presently this is done at your practice when they arrive.
