What was the best part about using Cherwell Service Management?

As soon as you set up Cherwell Service Management, you will be given the tools needed to run and maintain a call center and a help desk with ease! I honestly think the user interface is quite pretty, as it features a design similar to Windows, and it's quite reliable, as you don't have to go through hours and hours trying to figure things out!

What would you change about your experience with Cherwell Service Management?

Cherwell Service Management is quite a great platform for issue tracking, and since it's a very decent call center software, I honestly think there's nothing to report on the way this platform works. It truly features everything and anything you will ever need. It's worth trying, but the prices are a bit expensive!

This company is really caring about each and every one of its customers and clients, as they make sure to listen to everyone's recommendations while upgrading their own system, which is quite lovely. Also, all upgrades seem to be unnoticeable and painless, making this platform my personal, warm recommendation to everyone!
