Started out feeling very positive about this product, the HARD SELL made us feel like it's just what we need to solve all our inventory problems. Thought this product was going to be a life saver..........we were so wrong!!!

We found this product to be very complicated, frustrating and too time consuming! We spent LOTS of money on this program hoping to simplify our life.....but, on the contrary!!! It was more time consuming than we ever imagined. The set up took months to complete, then the support ran out and they were more than happy to sell us more support. Unfortunately, our substantial expense in this was a complete waste of time and money! We were not able to get a refund as it took months to set up and then realize it wasn't what we thought it was.......definately not as easy as the sales pitch made it sound! This product should come with a complete IN HOUSE training and support team, it is far too complicated otherwise.

This program is built to take your hard earned money! To complicated without continued support....to which they are eager to offer for a hefty fee!
