Chartio is pretty sweet business intelligence software that makes it easy for you to use pretty much any data and create analytic reports from it which are highly visual and simple to understand. You can also create dashboards enabling you to share metrics across departments which keeps data organized and relevant. This is an amazing software for it's ability to combine databases or systems together and make the data useful. The different integrations that are supported currently includes Google Analytics, Twilio, MySQL, SalesForce and many more. Imagine combining your SalesForce data with your Google Analytics data to learn more about everything connects and reveals patterns which are become clear with new perspectives made possible in a few clicks. It's seriously cool what's possible in Chartio. The user interface is quite intuitive and easy to understand. I've read there are more intuitive business intelligence UI's out there and I've tried a few myself. This seems fine but I'm curious how it could be made simpler considering the immense complexity possible in a few clicks it seems really good in my opinion. You can store custom data formats, calculations and metrics in order to help you have the best context and most significant data measure in your ChartIO visual based reports. You can also view your data in a table. But there is no unnecessary layers here you're accessing data directly while inferring relationships you wouldn't of noticed perhaps otherwise all through a drag and drop technology and a few mouse clicks. I like how well you can present data to sales teams which shows relationships and patterns in various channels. This connection empowers reps to be more effective because we can measure and analyze performance and link it to the reps which are most successful.

I believe it would be advantageous to be able to garner insight from data regarding usage from users. I noticed the dashboards categorization could be enhanced perhaps. You can't seem to read the entire description so you can waste time finding out more which affects your efficiency when chart building. While the ACL permissions are somewhat limiting. The UI could be enhanced perhaps. For example, when navigating between dimensions and facts and adding them to dashboard it can seem a bit cumbersome. It would be cool if you could use custom HTML to further enhance your reports before you export them. And would be also cool if you could export your data into powerpoint presentations or PDF's so they are ready to use in the business world.
