Cetec ERP operates on a monthly, all-inclusive SaaS basis. All modules and all support, licensing, ongoing upgrades, maintenance, backups, storage, security -- everything is included in the monthly $40/user price (and $20/user for ShopFloor users). There is no upfront software licensing cost; the Cetec ERP SaaS platform is a month to month service (ERP As A Service).
The only contract involved is the month-to-month subscription agreement & credit card authorization form to fire up your cloud instance and initiate monthly subscription billing.
There is also an end user license agreement for the software. This is the first screen you see when you first login to Cetec ERP, and it will prompt you with an "I agree" vs. "I disagree".
