Certify

Certify is a application used to scan receipts and calculate your expenses during your trip. It really helps to calculate how much have you spent during your trip and frees you from taking all the receipts with you, you can upload them in your phone instead. This software is great for business trips, if you are getting your expenses covered by your company. You won`t have to calculate anything yourself, the application does all that by itself. Just scan your receipt with your camera and thats it. You can add your expenses to your Certify wallet by smartphone, uploading with your internet browser, sending in by e-mail, fax them or if you have an USA telephone number, text your receipt. I think the fastest way is with smartphone camera or by e-mail, because you just have to include a specific keyword and it automatically adds to your expenses. But this application really saves your time, for example, you take a business trip, which expenses are covered by your company. You have to make an expense report afterwards, of course. It takes a long time to count all the expenses together, like, if you have stayed abroad for two weeks, naturally, you will have many receipts. And to save yourself all that work, you just use the Auto Expense Report Wizard to make expense report. With every receipt you upload, it already calculates the outcomes, so when the accountant asks for your expense report, you had it in your pocket from the day you came back from your trip, isn`t it cool? And if you fly from the US to Europe, and currency changes from dollars to euros, don`t be frustrated, this application supports multiple currencies and up to 64 languages. So this application really can ease your trip and let you enjoy it even more, because you don`t have to think about the expenses you made. Moreover, you can use this software in daily basis, so you can count everydays expenses, analyse it later and make your budget by seeing on what you spend your money the most. I really think that Certify is intuitive and user-friendly application, which is not hard to get along with, you can learn every thing pretty fast. And I do like the friendly price even better, 8$ a month is not a price to high for a tool like this.

I really did not enjoy their homepage. It was messy, I could not find what I was looking for and I did not like the design. Also, I have heard that iPhone application crashes far to many times and it is not a good thing, because if you rely on this application, but it crashes in the middle of your trip and data erases, it could be really an unpleasent experience. But I do not think there are flows in the idea or performance of this software, because it really can ease your trip, these are just technical problems. However, must agree on the question of customer support, it is kinda weak and should be more informative, when it comes to solving problems and answering questions.

Now, when I have tried this application and when I know that there is one software like this, from now on, I will take it with me to my every trip, so I can count the expenses and see how much money did I spend, while traveling, because as we all know, traveling is one of the most expensive pleasures in life and if you have a application like Certify, it can really come in handy.
