Tracking the receipts are the cumbersome work especially with the road trips since we need to stop for gas, food, sleep and there may be breakdown or service checkups. This might be for a day or a week or even a month so it isn't a easy task of keeping the record of the expense nor recording it in the office after returning from the trip.

It wasn't to easier a job to train the employees in using Certify. Each time new errors pops up which is hard for solving since it will be revealed only at the time of tallying. It will be great if it archives the paid receipts and alters about the pending receipts for reimbursement. It will be well and good if it provides a much more simplified documentation.
