Certify

With this software no more need to collect the receipts anymore as all you have to do now is to take receipt photo with the mobile app and fill in the report within minutes or Certify will itself generate expense reports if you want to save time on data entry. The report is then submitted to the manager who is able to review and approve it online, so you're not depending on whether the manager is actually present in the office. I like it very much that there are different ways of getting a receipt into the system. You can easily take a picture of it using the mobile app, scan it or upload it directly from your desktop. It is great how easy it is to complete your expenses reporting using Certify. I like it also that there is no need to print anything so we are saving paper, which somehow means saving our planet a bit!

I didn't use this software for long time so i can be sure what is the bad part about using them. I always prefer a free software,but of course i'm sure that Certify is definitely good software. So i'm not complaining a lot about pricing. You can choose a demo to be sure that Certify is the right choice for you. Not a bad software at all.
