For us, CELUM has proven to be a worthwhile investment thanks to extensive functionality for storing and organizing our content while keeping them safely. Thanks to its’ practical features and easy enough interface, it is a professional tool there to enhance the procedures with your content – besides metadata management and great sharing functionalities, it is backed with fine search tools and extensive options for cataloging. All-in-all a great tool!

Well, the biggest issue for us has been overall the price – as our agency is more of a smaller sized, the price got a heavy bite of our budget for technical supports. When it comes to the software’s overall behaviour and managing it, I’d say it is somewhat hard to get used to the system as it is in most parts very different from other similar solutions. The only feature I miss from it is the drag-drop function for files in folders.

I’d say if budget is not an issue for you, then go for it! Thanks to extensive feature set there is not much this software can’t do with keeping, sharing and organizing your content. The possibility to upload a file and download multiple files from it makes it one of a kind system that for us has made a great impact. Though somewhat expensive, we still keep using it as no cheaper software’s can stand up to CELUM’s quality.
