when the program works it works well. A little sluggish from time to time but overall it works fine.

Support is the worst unless your issues are simple. They were unable to resolve an issue where 5-10 of our domain machines would error out when they pushed out updates. CCH would have to be completely uninstalled and reinstalled in order to fix and update. We had a weird issue where exporting to excel would freeze and crash the program. Support was unable to resolve. I ended up fixing it myself. They are unwilling to help unless you want them to link you to a support document that probably won't fix your issue. We approached them about switching the login method to active directory instead of cch and they just pointed to a document. They acted like it's as simple as changing a setting. We have a one person IT department and he's not an Active directory expert. Seems like CCH would just have somone consult with us to accomplish this. They won't. Very unhelpful. The price is high...so you would expect stellar customer service. Don't expect anything and you damn well better have a full IT department or you just have to accept default settings.

Software works fine but sluggish. Support should step their game up a lot considering the money they make on this software.
