Branding is handled differently than other help desks.

I have not much to dislike about Cayzu. Automation tools are not comprehensive. Cayzu Help desk lacks custom scheduling. Cayzu has some shortcomings, especially automation and custom reporting. Despite that Cayzu is missing some features, their development team is working on delivering updates. Cayzy has a lot of positive aspects that make you even switch from other platforms.

Cayzu helpdesk is a strong contender in the Web-based help desk space, both due to its feature set and pricing. Cayzu Help Desk allows you to manage all of your support requests from a single cloud dashboard. The automation features from Cayzu doesn't match up with a tool like HappyFox. I recommend Cayzu due to its features and free tier they offer. They are simply great.
