CATS

CATS is truly fun HR tool to have – easy integration with social media, self service portal, great customization features and great filtering for managing the candidates – the list goes on for the things that make CATS great. Also, it is rather inexpensive, not to even mention they have a free trial so it wouldn’t be a „pig-in-a-blanket“ kind of a decision. Support team is also very helpful and will never let you down!

CATS is fun to use but comes with it’s downsides. What this software lacks the most is simply that it is underdeveloped! No proper reporting feature (which I would really want and need from such program), not mobile-friendly, user interface is rather clumsy and not the smoothest, no preview on job postings before publishing them and it’s limited when it comes to international job sites where to post. These incapabilities are a serious downfall and as long as there is no development for them, these will stay as a major flaw to the software when compared to its peers.

It has it’s goods and bads but overall, I think it is a program you should really think deeply about when deciding to purchase – simply take the free trial and try if it suits your needs. For me personally, I find it lacks in too many areas for it to be fully functioning best pal when it comes to applicant management, but for a smaller business it might be a good choice as the program is not very pricey.
