CatBase

Catbase is wonderful software that is fairly easy to use. The customer service team is excellent. Whenever you have an issue just call them up and they are happy to help you by walking you through the process. Catbase has a helpful tutorial for new clients to get aquainted with the software and learn how to use the system.

The only issue I find with Catbase is that the program is not cloudbased. The program is installed on your computer. This takes up a lot of memory and room on a computer and can slow down the system. In addition, you can only use the program on the program you installed it to; so if your business has more than one computer or users people can only use that computer.

Over all, this is extremely helpful software for any company. The prices are reasonable for what the program offers too. The customer-service time is top-notch. The only issue is that the system is not assessable on a cloud or mobile device. Perhaps if the company makes some updates and invests in making an app the program will be even better. I highly suggest business professionals trying Catbase.
