CARA

I find CARA to be very fast application, also very user friendly and easy to use (just very few clicks to do everything). One impressive part is that each user can personalize the application to their preferences, and this is retained across all devices / PCs. Also liking the dynamic folders navigation, I dont have to know where documents are existing in real folders, i can just find easily. Nice also that it becomes easy to customize if you need to add features which does not exist in the product.

There are not really some bad parts about using CARA, perhaps just the fact that licensing for in-house use is just one model (upfront license and maintenance every year) and not same as cloud option (where you can pay same model or have per-user-per-month pricing). Otherwise we have no complaints.

Excellent product, we evaluated many options first and did not find something with so many features and such a good level of user friendliness. Overall it is very configurable, also customizable, and only thing to be careful is not to give users too many features at first, suggestion is to start with fewer features switched on and then progress over time to swithc more on for advanced users or medium users (but leave switched off for light users). Also finding that support is fast and good.
