What was the best part about using Canva?
This is a terrific, simple yet versatile graphics editing software and it's completely free to use. They have added an alignment feature since I used it last a couple of years ago, so it's more valuable tool than I remember it being. The biggest time savings in my opinion, is the ability to utilize pre-sized graphic templates. This is always a pain in the butt in my opinion. While simple enough to do in Photoshop, it just adds time having to learn the best sized graphics for Facebook covers, Pinterest graphics, Tumblr graphics, posters, A4, email headers and more, before getting to the actual creative part of the process. Even the free version of this software doesn't hold back your creativity in any way I can think of at the moment. You can upload your own images and there is a large selection of free pics to choose from. There are numerous elements to choose from all of which are completely customizable; color and size wise. The fonts are great too. This is also a big time saver. Being able to see all fonts clearly as you scroll down the page. Rather than having to highlight your text and move through the list one at a time as in Photoshop. You can add pages to your graphics, resize them and download them in various formats such as jpeg, png, standard PDF or PDF for print.
What would you change about your experience with Canva?
There is nothing to complain about in regards to this software. I can't go and cancel my Photoshop Cloud subscription because this software doesn't work with layers, or allow me to utilize my graphics tablet to draw and paint digitally. But I really don't want it to. The power of it is in it's simplicity, yet you can align images and fonts to be centered or symmetrical with ease. The preset graphics, free images, background and illustrations, layouts, text fonts, charts, lines, frames and more and the ability to freely resize and download your images is simply outstanding value. I can't think of a single way this software can be improved at the moment.

They have some impressive marquee clients that use this software and I can see why. And I am very happy to have rediscovered it today because I literally just purchased a domain for my new project a few hours ago which will be highly visual. So not having to use Photoshop for standard graphics will save so much time. And that it's free for everything I need is amazing. I can't recommend this software highly enough. I am blown away by its value.
