Though there is nothing in particular wrong with the feature-set, one thing that might be a huge set-back is the flexibility of the system. As it is desktop-based you can imagine there are not many options for using it, but what will probably stand out the most is its’ very Windows-XP looking system. The developer site is not much better either and makes you wonder if they even plan to update the look and feel of it at all ... As if they don’t update that, it might leave you doubting if there is enough support for the functionality as well.

With the rather reasonable price and many functions available, it can be seen why it has been a preferred solution. When talking in 2016-context, it might be out-dated and can't compete with modern, mobile solutions that offer the same flexibility as one web shop for example can provide. That is probably the only downside to it as well.
