Campus Cafe is easy to use but the few times that we needed technical assistance from their customer service team, we were assisted by professional and friendly staff even if we called them at 1 AM. Deadlines loom during enrollment season but their team has been great at providing us with the support we needed.

I can't really think of anything negative about Campus Cafe. A few of our teammates experienced a steep learning curve when they started to use the program but after a week or two of daily use, it became increasingly intuitive.
