Everything is designed with purpose. From outside looking in, the technical and creative teams seem to be closely interconnected and no one seems to be going rogue with their contributions (i.e. no radical shifts in design or placement of critical UI elements). When new features and enhancements are released it is done in such a seamless.

While they've started integrating automation into their system, they'd benefit from developing something a little more advanced/expandable. A drag and drop program builder which would allow the creation of simple, or even complex, marketing automation programs would be a real win! I understand why they have them but they can be a little obstructive.

I really like how easy it is to build a responsive email template. The wizard let me add the text and images I wanted in a quick and easy way. It has a very easy way of importing mailing list, and segmenting them with custom fields. Furthermore you can easily integrate it with you own website and have automated e-mail campaigns bases on RSS feeds, which is a great timesaver for some of our clients.
