CAMAZEE offers a mobile app for Android to diffuse but it seems that the sound quality is not so good.

Broadcaster and website administrator can start diffusing quite easily and they get immediately the customers and visitors who are online ready for video chat. The customer is asked to turn on the webcam in order to initiate the chat. The admin dashboard shows the country code of the visitor.
