Calltracks

First of all, the interface is very easy to use. I think that the customers can find it very easy to get around and listen to their own calls using CallTracks. Also, the data you can get will allow you to track all calls and optimize pay per click campaigns accordingly. Also, the software they provide is very effective in showing us true conversion rates and how each channel contributes. And you can even report calls to Google Analytics and access the data you need via an API.

Their support hours are not quite flexible with other countries, such as the United States, and I find the lack of a mobile app quite a bad thing as well. The pricing's a bit too high, but all in all, their service is quite good. I'm absolutely satisfied, to say the least. Lastly, the interface is not as responsive as you would expect.

I find CallTracks absolutely satisfying for my needs, but there's always room for improvement. A good thing is that CallTracks has provided so much data and insight that everyone can see significant improvement even after a month. Considering the fact that the actual challenge as always is to use the data in the right way, CallTracks gives it all to provide satisfaction to each user.
