Our Mission and Values

CallTrackingMetrics was founded in 2011 when founders Laure and Todd Fisher realized that traditional businesses phone systems are often stifling growth and innovation. We set out to develop tools that harness the power of what is happening on the phone, making it easier for organizations to scale their growth and extract critical data from their conversations. We launched our initial call tracking software in 2012 and have since developed a robust set of telephony and reporting tools to support those organizations pursuing excellence.

With our tools, organizations can intelligently invest in advertising using call intelligence, scale their teams around the world efficiently, and have those valuable conversations that translate into lasting relationships and revenue.

What was the best part about using CallTrackingMetrics?

Call Tracking Metrics is useful to get information about your Ad campaigns and sales strategies. You can come to know that which Ad campaign work well and which is not working for your business. You can see the statistics about leads and calls you get and also get information from which Ad campaign you get this particular lead or sale. You can have real time data and come to know whether your customer or prospect have picked your service or buy your product when they were in call conversation with one of your sales agent. Thus you can also come to know who is more productive from your team members.

What would you change about your experience with CallTrackingMetrics?

It is not bad but it is also not best. There are room to improvements. I am sure they will make improvements very soon. As they have potential. One thing I always look for is price, when something is not free and you pay for it, it is but obvious you expect much more from it. But I always believe that no matter how great and best your product is, it must cost efficient. I dont find it cost efficient.

Call Tracking Metrics provides you very helpful features to attend your calls smartly and make best out of it like other call analytic softwares. It allows you to tag your calls and also allows you to make quick notes during calls. Through this software you can track call volume per advertisement channel. It has simple call log interface. If you can afford the price it is surely useful product for call analytic and tracking.
