ABOUT CallTrackingMetrics

Our Mission and Values

CallTrackingMetrics was founded in 2011 when founders Laure and Todd Fisher realized that traditional businesses phone systems are often stifling growth and innovation. We set out to develop tools that harness the power of what is happening on the phone, making it easier for organizations to scale their growth and extract critical data from their conversations. We launched our initial call tracking software in 2012 and have since developed a robust set of telephony and reporting tools to support those organizations pursuing excellence.

With our tools, organizations can intelligently invest in advertising using call intelligence, scale their teams around the world efficiently, and have those valuable conversations that translate into lasting relationships and revenue.

What was the best part about using CallTrackingMetrics?

The CallTrackingMetrics software can be utilized by small or medium sized businesses. This software is an affordable solution, and contains a load of features to help ensure business success. This tool allows business owners to track inbound calls, and evaluate marketing tactics. Companies can then see what efforts are truly making a difference in their business. Owners can ensure the best return on investment with the help of this software. With this software you are given the ability to set up sale queues, schedules and track keyword success. The dashboard is clean, and very user friendly. You can be alerted each time a new call is launched. Plus, a weekly summary will help you stay on top of your business success. With CallTrackingMetrics it is easy to see what is working for your business.

What would you change about your experience with CallTrackingMetrics?

Basic service does not integrate with SaleForce, but is offered with the premium plan. This can become an issue for marketing and customer service. Reports cannot be customized, and does not work well for those businesses who have more than one account. When searching within the software, there are issues with results found, as they occur in multiple sub-accounts.

Overall Feedback

It is a good software for tracking calls, text messages and call routing. It works well for small and medium business owners, but it is not ideal for large businesses. Affordability is one of the best factors of the CallTrackingMetrics. It efficiently tracks sale calls, which is vital when wanting to improve marketing tactics.
