Our Mission and Values

CallTrackingMetrics was founded in 2011 when founders Laure and Todd Fisher realized that traditional businesses phone systems are often stifling growth and innovation. We set out to develop tools that harness the power of what is happening on the phone, making it easier for organizations to scale their growth and extract critical data from their conversations. We launched our initial call tracking software in 2012 and have since developed a robust set of telephony and reporting tools to support those organizations pursuing excellence.

With our tools, organizations can intelligently invest in advertising using call intelligence, scale their teams around the world efficiently, and have those valuable conversations that translate into lasting relationships and revenue.

What was the best part about using CallTrackingMetrics?

Call Tracking Metrics service allows Marketers and users to find about ROI. It has many features including recording calls with lot of information and data. I have to mention that Call Tracking Metrics is one of the best companies. I have seen many Marketers recommending this company. They have very good customer service therefore you will not face delays to get answers and help. So Call Tracking Metrics offers best solution for call tracking. They have very nice and user friendly dashboard. Not every great service is with helpful customer service so this company is playing high in matter of customer service. They are friendly and very helpful.

What would you change about your experience with CallTrackingMetrics?

I would prefer if they deliver services for less costs. Even that Call Tracking Metrics is very competitive, other companies offer cheaper rate per minute. So If you desire to opt for this company you won't be disappointed. The reporting functionality of Call Tracking Metrics seems to be difficult to pull data reports from. So I may suggest to this company to make the process easier for simple users. Also working on the real time call notifications.

Overall Feedback

Over all, I would like to advice people to try Call Tracking Metrics since they have great solutions and very good customer services. They are not the cheapest in the market but they are very good.It is the most reliable way to measure ROI on leads for your customers. They have a pleasant design and easy to use dashboard. You can easily check the dashboard by a simple research or by going to their website where they have I guess screenshots. If you want to track phone calls and make good marketing strategy for your clients I would recommend the service offered by Call Tracking Metrics.
