From the minute you enter their website, you stumble upon a beautifully designed place where everything's dedicated to you, the user. As the software CallTrackingMetrics offer is absolutely perfect for all smaller businesses and companies, I really don't see anything negative about this really handy service. Your company can only change for the better with CallTrackingMetrics, and an abundance of other clients have already confirmed it! I like the amount of detail and the simplicity of the reports you get while running their software, and another thing I absolutely love is that I have never had an issue with calls in any way. As soon as you enter your dashboard, you can clearly see just how beautiful things are - the design is very modern, while everything runs smoothly. I think there's a screenshot of the dashboard itself somewhere on their website, so if you find it, you can see it for yourself. I am always a big fan of well-designed webpages!

It's not like I have a bad thought about how they do this business, but to me, it's just that the trial version of their tool has almost nothing good to offer, once you read through their web presentation. The most basic concept of the 'trial' feature is to get everyone interested in becoming their user is to experience some of the best things each piece of software can offer, and CallTrackingMetrics is certainly one of those pieces of software. Also, when I was interested in seeing what exactly their services are really about, they lacked clearer information - useful for new users and those who have nothing to do with call tracking, to be more specific.

I'd like to give a piece of advice to all potential users of their service - consider CallTrackingMetrics a clever investment, because not only will you experience something totally new, but your business can blossom in every aspect! With the tools they have in store for you and your company, no user was left dissatisfied, including myself! On the other hand, the SalesForce feature is something that really should belong in the Basic membership. It's a bummer, but there are so many more features that cover that one up.
