Our Mission and Values

CallTrackingMetrics was founded in 2011 when founders Laure and Todd Fisher realized that traditional businesses phone systems are often stifling growth and innovation. We set out to develop tools that harness the power of what is happening on the phone, making it easier for organizations to scale their growth and extract critical data from their conversations. We launched our initial call tracking software in 2012 and have since developed a robust set of telephony and reporting tools to support those organizations pursuing excellence.

With our tools, organizations can intelligently invest in advertising using call intelligence, scale their teams around the world efficiently, and have those valuable conversations that translate into lasting relationships and revenue.

What was the best part about using CallTrackingMetrics?

For a business succeed in today’s modern market, you need a reliable contact and tracking center. It has to meet the important needs of you company. CallTrackingMetrics is the software that comes in three versions and each is created. You are free to upgrade or downgrade you’re your plan.

What would you change about your experience with CallTrackingMetrics?

If you change your plan before the current one is over, you still have to wait until the original one is over. It can delay you especially if you are looking forward to start using increased advantages immediately. To track accurately, you should use one tracking number for every 25 people that visit a website.

Overall Feedback

With CallTrackingMetrics, you can track all you advertisements and use one number for each advertisement. The essential version is created for companies that need to track both offline and online. It is suitable for a business dealing with a single client. For those with a number of clients, they can go for advanced plan. Elite is for the big businesses that uses a high volume every month.
