Our Mission and Values

CallTrackingMetrics was founded in 2011 when founders Laure and Todd Fisher realized that traditional businesses phone systems are often stifling growth and innovation. We set out to develop tools that harness the power of what is happening on the phone, making it easier for organizations to scale their growth and extract critical data from their conversations. We launched our initial call tracking software in 2012 and have since developed a robust set of telephony and reporting tools to support those organizations pursuing excellence.

With our tools, organizations can intelligently invest in advertising using call intelligence, scale their teams around the world efficiently, and have those valuable conversations that translate into lasting relationships and revenue.

What was the best part about using CallTrackingMetrics?

Our company started using CallTrackingMetrics recently with our e-commerce company, and we were very impressed with the results. We felt that the price we paid was well worth the quality and service that we received in return. Their customer service is beyond what we expected. They responded quickly to all of our questions and were very knowledgeable about everything we asked about. There were a few snags that I hit in the beginning while trying to learn how to optimize the program for our company's unique needs, and they offered professional and friendly assistance every step of the way. You may find some cheaper options in regards to call tracking software, but based on our personal experience and the market research I did before using their services, no one else has this level of quality for a lower price than CTM. Our previous call tracking software did not have anywhere near as many features as CTM. We are able to accomplish things now that we couldn't before and the information we receive is far more detailed. And since the interface is so much easier to use, we have been able to improve our efficiency significantly. The main dashboard allows us to easily set up schedules and sales queues so we can control our marketing expenditures. It was an easy transition moving from our old system to this one, which was a big point of satisfaction for us. Moving to a new system can cause delays and stress, but this went very smoothly.

What would you change about your experience with CallTrackingMetrics?

For the most part everything works very well, and anytime we ran into a problem or question their customer service representatives were happy to help with it. However, it would be nice to have the option to customize the agency dashboard a little more so I could segment and arrange information a little differently. This would slightly improve the user friendly aspect and we could tailor it even further for our specific needs, but even as is the system works very well for us.

Overall Feedback

I would highly recommend CTM to anyone who can benefit from this type of service. It does exactly what it's supposed to do, they treat their clients extremely well, and the price is very reasonable considering the quality we're getting in return. Our company has improved efficiency and lowered our monthly costs by using this system.
