Our Mission and Values

CallTrackingMetrics was founded in 2011 when founders Laure and Todd Fisher realized that traditional businesses phone systems are often stifling growth and innovation. We set out to develop tools that harness the power of what is happening on the phone, making it easier for organizations to scale their growth and extract critical data from their conversations. We launched our initial call tracking software in 2012 and have since developed a robust set of telephony and reporting tools to support those organizations pursuing excellence.

With our tools, organizations can intelligently invest in advertising using call intelligence, scale their teams around the world efficiently, and have those valuable conversations that translate into lasting relationships and revenue.

What was the best part about using CallTrackingMetrics?

The best part of using CallTrackingMetrics are the robust features, excellent customer service group, and very handy user friendly documentation.The integration capabilities especially with Analytics and Adwords to track conversions was also great. So if you are looking for a call tracking solution with real time reporting and routing - then CallTrackingMetrics are a viable option. You can keep track of incoming sales by using the reports and each time a new phone call is received an email is sent to update on the contacts.

What would you change about your experience with CallTrackingMetrics?

I think if they were to integrate Salesforce in the basic service plan that would be great. Currently, the integration with salesforce is possible only in the premium service plan. The search features can also be greatly improved. Also the setup can be made more user friendly and some times , few numbers do not show up for some area codes.Some of our colleagues reported that there are a shortage of local numbers, however the customer service at Call Tracking Metrics is very keen to solve the issues.

Overall Feedback

I especially liked the ease of use and set up, and our customers are impressed with the detailed reports and access to their own dashboards. The dashboard is very aesthetic, and the customer service group is easy to approach and are very keen and determined to help and resolve issues.By using this tool, our clients are able to track all their lead sources and it is very reliable. It helps our organization also in tracking the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns and the sources.
